Refund policy

7-day returns

If your product arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange or a refund.

Conditions

• Send us your order number and clear photos or a short video of the problem.
• The product must be unused where possible and returned with its original box and accessories.
• For hygiene reasons, personal-care items (such as razors and hair tools) can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged on arrival.

Change of mind

If you change your mind before the order is shipped, contact us and we will cancel it. After delivery, change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days if the product is unused and in its original packaging; the return delivery cost may apply.

Refunds

Because orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are sent by bank transfer or another agreed method within 7 working days after we receive and check the returned product.
