Most orders are delivered within 1–3 working days after we confirm them. Delivery can take a little longer during holidays and sale seasons.

How do I confirm my order?

Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. If your product arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will exchange it or refund you. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I cancel my order?

Are the products the same as the photos?
We show real product photos. Colours and small design details may vary slightly depending on stock.
